At FYN Wellness, quality is non-negotiable.
Every box is carefully packed and checked before it leaves our facility, so it reaches you exactly as intended — clean, sealed, and ready to become part of your daily ritual.

Because our products are consumable and hygiene-sensitive, we follow strict quality and safety standards when it comes to returns.

Return & Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preference, personal choice, or change of mind.

A return, replacement, or refund is only considered under the following conditions:

1. Unopened & Unused

All individual sachets must be completely sealed, unopened, and unused.
Any product with a broken or tampered seal is not eligible.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Item

We only accept requests if:

  • Your order arrived physically damaged (for example, crushed packaging affecting sachets or leakage)
  • You received an incorrect product.

3. Video Proof Required

For quality verification, an unboxing video or a clear video showing the damage is mandatory.
Still photos alone are not sufficient and will not be accepted.

The 24-Hour Reporting Window

To help us resolve issues fairly and efficiently, all concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery (as recorded by our courier partner).

Requests raised after this window will unfortunately not be eligible for replacement or refund.

How to Raise a Request

If your order meets the eligibility criteria, here’s what to do:

  1. Record a clear video of the package and product immediately upon delivery

  2. Email the video along with your Order ID to contact@fynwellness.com within 24 hours

  3. Review - our team will carefully review the details and confirm the next steps

If approved, we’ll arrange a free replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
